For Immediate Release: 8/20/2020
SEASIDE, Ore. – Suzanne Elise, an assisted living community in Seaside, Oregon, installed an air purification system in their building in July 2020.
Needlepoint bipolar ionization system technology releases charged atoms to deactivate harmful substances like bacteria, mold, allergens, and viruses. These atoms also capture breath droplets and dust particles, enlarging them so they’re more easily caught in filters.
“Our residents’ and team members’ health and well-being are top priority for us,” stated Pam Baldridge, Executive Director at Suzanne Elise. “We continue to explore new innovations for infection and environmental control standards while caring for our residents with compassion as we all navigate the effects the pandemic has created across all sectors of life.”
This active process continually disinfects the air at Suzanne Elise, providing another layer of protection among the other new safety protocols in place at the assisted living community during COVID-19.
“We are very excited to have added this additional level of protection within our community,” stated Heather Ramsdell, Director of Sales and Outreach at Suzanne Elise. “It will benefit the residents and staff in many ways.”
As part of the Avamere Family of Companies, Suzanne Elise employees regularly clean high-touch areas, conduct wellness screenings before each shift, and more.
